Austin "AJ" who is just the absolute light of life!! In 2000 (almost a year after my son was born) I received my Real Estate license and
started out on my career. After several months of being involved in real estate, I found it to be a very difficult career to get to started in.
But after a lot of time, devotion and sacrifice I am now very successful at it. I am in the process of obtaining my PA Brokers License
and also have several designations under my name. I have been recognized by the community as one of Western Pennsylvania's
top real estate agents and have won many awards over the years as follows:
1. National Sales Award (Recognizing the top 5% of Realtors in the Country
2. Diamond Performance Award (Recognizing the top Realtors in the Westmoreland Realtors Association.)
3. Ring of Excellence (Recognizing the top Realtors in the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.)
4. Executive Club (Recognizing the top Realtors in a previous Brokerage firm I was with)
5. President's Club (Recognizing the top Realtors in a previous Brokerage firm I was with)
The designations I have received are:
1. e-PRO: certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals
2. ABR: Accredited Buyer Representative
3. GRI: Graduate, REALTORS® Institute
4. AHWD: At Home With Diversity/One America
5. SRES: Senior Real Estate Specialist
6. I am currently working on my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and hope to have it by the end of the year.
I am also very involved with my son's life as his Den Leader and Activities Coordinator for the local cub scout troop. I am an active
member in the PTA board at my son's school and homeroom room. And am also very active in different other community charity
events as well as an active member of the Harrison City Community United Methodist Church, The Westmoreland Chamber of
Commerce and the Jeannette Business Association.
My favorite things are (not in order), My son, my dog, my friends, GOD, Pink Floyd and Stone Villa Wine!
